I have been watching Scum's Wish lately (I wouldn't recommend this anime if you are under 17, due to scenes of a sexual nature). I have found myself really enjoying the ending theme for this anime.
The song is called Heikousen and it's by Sayuri, who sings quite a few songs I love. Her voice is really beautiful and in my opinion, unique.
The song ranges in speed, from slow, which to me feels powerful as it pulls at your mind to feel a strange new emotion, to fast and fun.
Upon hearing the first line of this song I was instantly drawn in. It had this beautiful melancholic tone that you can feel through the anime itself. This tone suddenly shifts and you can see the bubbles of hope, fun, and lust that are shown in small bursts within Scum's Wish.
In my opinion, not only does this song connect well to the anime itself, it also shines as a stand alone song that really draws you in... I mean I've had it on repeat for 3 days now!
